Christine Ray is an experienced CIMA qualified finance professional with leadership experience both in practice and industry. She has significant experience in driving financial strategy, operational excellence and risk mitigation. Known for meticulous attention to detail and a strong track record of delivering results, Christine has successfully led teams whilst ensuring alignment with organisational goals and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining dot, Christine held key financial leadership roles in life sciences, consulting and retail where her expertise has been instrumental in navigating complex economic landscapes and guiding strategic decision-making.

With a passion for cultivating and managing prosperous relationships, Dr Sophie Wulff works across the business with a broad range of clients, engaging internal and external stakeholders at the most senior levels.

Entrepreneurial in her approach and educated to PhD level, her proven history developing and managing projects across academia, government & industry fuels her to deliver on innovation and research.

Sophie leads the development of partnerships that are key to delivering dot’s goals with a particular focus on our own product pipeline.

Victor is a life sciences leader with a background spanning medical entomology, early-stage biotechnology and organisational leadership. He brings a distinctive combination of scientific depth and commercial and operational discipline, shaping dot’s cross-functional systems and governance to support scalable growth.

Since joining dot, Victor has played a central role in driving the company’s progress and strengthening its operational capability. He led the launch of its first product suite, bringing R&D, product and commercial functions together to deliver a successful market introduction.

Nick leads the company’s innovation and services functions at dot. With extensive experience in operational strategy, process optimisation, and innovation leadership, Nick plays a key role in driving growth, efficiency, and the development of new products and services.

​Prior to joining dot, Nick delivered transformational results across the life sciences and diagnostics sectors, leading initiatives that improved scalability, boosted revenue, and enhanced operational performance. His background in strategic planning, business development, and cross-functional leadership positions him to accelerate dot’s mission and long-term success.
